Request account & data deletion

You can request deletion without installing or opening the app. Send the request from the email address you use for Track 360° to support@etechworks.com, with the subject “Track 360° account deletion”. Identify the Track 360° account and state that you want the account and associated cloud data deleted. Do not send a password, payment-card details or sign-in codes.

Email a deletion request

If the button does not open an email application, send the request manually to support@etechworks.com. This is a support-handled request, not an automated deletion form. We may verify your ownership before processing it. You can also initiate a privacy request through Settings → Help & information → Privacy & data in the app.

What the request covers

Request deletion of your Firebase sign-in account, account profile and setup metadata, synced workspace snapshots and staged uploads, and associated generated plans and hosted template links. You can also request deletion of specific cloud data while keeping the account; describe exactly what you want removed in the email.

Copies and retained records

Deleting an account does not remove exported files, Google Drive backups or copies already downloaded by recipients. Remove Drive backups from your own Google account and exported files from their saved destinations. Local records and recovery copies remain on devices until app data is removed; export anything you wish to keep first. Payment records held by Google Play are managed by Google. Transaction/anti-fraud receipts or records required for legal obligations may need to be retained; support will explain any applicable retention when processing your request. Superseded workspace snapshots normally expire after seven days and incomplete upload stages after 24 hours; physical Firestore TTL cleanup is asynchronous.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel recurring plans in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase.
